MARATHON RUNNING

4th July 2004 - Tim and James embark on their first ever half marathon... We decide this 1 week prior to the event... A fairly big upgrade from the 4km's that we are used to running 3 times a week, but none the less we gave it our best!! Tim (me :p), wearing bib number 3677, finished in 2h 7m 9s in an overal place of 2509 (of the 4500 sumthing people!)... and James, bib number 3678, finished in 2h 16m 8s in an overal place of 2903!! We were both wreaked afterwards... but it was well worth it!! Also a special thanks to everyone who came out and watched, especially emma! ;)

A good brekkie will always help! What a mad Breakfast Tim and James stretching before the run Some more stretching The old fashion pose! The startline...
We are in there somewhere.... Where's Wally anyone?? James finishing Tim after the race James assuming the position of buggered Again.. the pose... but this time as MAD finishers! We were to busy winning ;) We couldn't have done it without our mums and dads :)

BRIDGE TO BRISBANE

August 1, 2004 - This will be just a Tim and Dad adventure which should prove to be quite eventful... It's 12 km's and we have 90 minutes to finish it in or we dont "officially" count... should be no sweat...
